Description:

We're looking for a (BI) Business Intelligence lead to work closely with our product and innovation team to turn Constru’s Computer-vision and AI project status into knowledge that drives the construction delivery and executives to act and make better decisions.

You will create and manage dashboards/visualizations within our embedded BI (Sisense) to solve validated pain points and jobs-to-be-done for the construction delivery team and executive team and will help define and build with r&d custom widgets as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with Product management, product design, our innovation team and qa to solve customer problems using data visualization.

• Develop and execute database queries and perform analysis.

• Create complex ETL processes and transformations to prepare data for visualizations and insights.

• Design, build, deploy and test visualizations

• Own our embedded BI platform (Sisense - online managed solution)

• Evaluate and improve our BI planning, testing  and execution processes.

• Develop and update technical documentation

• Collaborate with our machine-learning team to help create predictive models that solve complex problems.

 

What you’ll need:

• Great verbal communication skills

• Proven experience as a BI Developer

• Data modeling experience

• Great UX/UI capabilities

• Knowledge of SQL complex queries

• Proven abilities to take initiative and ownership

• Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude

• HTML & JS knowledge to customize and develop custom sisense widgets
